Refund Policy

 if you have any problems with your order please contact us asap, I will do what I can to make the order right. For Custom made items refunds will be considered depending on what's wrong. I usually keep in contact with the customer during the duration of making your order.. For missing packages you would need to contact your local USPS and us within 72 hours. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
